Kent Madsen is the president and owner of Harmony Insurance Benefits.
He is a seasoned hands-on health insurance professional with a strong background and knowledge of the health insurance industry. Kent has 20 years experience in the health care and insurance industry managing both healthcare capitation contracts and large self-funded health plans for employers. Kent also successfully managed a medium sized business and understands the needs of small business owners. He has a strong analytical and systems development background with a well-established history of leadership and operational management.

Kent graduated from the University of Colorado with a Masters in Business Administration (Dean's List) and from Concordia College with a Bachelor of Arts in Hospital Administration.
